Jan Copleston owner of Possibilities has a wealth of experience in the fashion industry spanning over 30 years. When I left school I studied for a total of 3 years in Saville Row and at the London College of Fashion, taught by master cutters and tailors to a City and Guilds standard, I have since worked with top designers and reached the pinnacle of my career as a pattern cutter for both made to measure clients and the mass market, to further my experience I have worked with every type of fabric including leather and kept up to date with the current trends in the fashion industry. In 1991 I moved into the field of alterations and proceeded to set up my business, over the years have met skilled dressmakers and tailors and this has made Possibilities able to offer such a wide range of services. I am very fussy about fitting and workmanship and anyone joining our team must be the best seamstress / tailor possible. I want our customers to be totally happy with our service because that is what I expect myself and because of this most of our work is from recommendation. |
