Problem Solving
We often get customers who have had an alteration done elsewhere and are unhappy with the fit or workmanship or both and wont go back to complain, like: We have seen it all and most of the time these problems can be corrected. Sometimes the garment has never been altered but is too tight, eg – five bridesmaid dresses bought on ebay none of them would zip up at back and the bride was expecting bad news as no extra fabric in seams to let out. Solution – corset backs added – looked great – customer very happy she did not have to buy more dresses. |
